Welcome to the NICS User Support page
The National Institute for Computational Sciences (NICS) User Assistance Center (UAC) is dedicated to providing support for NICS resources. Helping users attain break-through science is the primary goal of the User Support group. Help is available by phone, email, and web documentation. The Assistance Center’s normal hours are 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. (Eastern time) Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
